23.04.2010 - PayPal has limited our business account once again asking for the usual documents, that were immediately sent. However, a week later our account was completely closed with the reference that PayPal can close any account without any explanation.

01.05.2010 – we have registered a new account using our backup company but it was also closed 3 days later (most likely due to the volume of transactions).

We are aware that PayPal is a virtual monopoly and refusal to payout into the system may have a very negative impact on our customers. In this regard, we are already negotiating payout process with our financial partners. PayPal payouts will be resumed in the coming weeks no matter what.

If you have already submitted a request for an exchange to PayPal and:

have not received your money, then you can either wait and the money will be paid to you in the coming days on a priority basis, or use your voucher to pay for other services, the money from them were not taken. We bill the voucher only when we have the technical ability to carry out the payout!
